💼 About This Role

You'll perform mechanical service calls and in-house repairs for a leading facility solutions provider. You'll maintain equipment, handle plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, and oversee contractors. This role offers competitive hourly pay and the chance to work in cleanroom environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform building maintenance including painting and plumbing repairs.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on HVAC and other equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation per ISO and GMP.
• Respond to facility alarms and emergency situations.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical and fire alarm systems.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and test instruments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ISO 14644 cleanroom classifications and GMP.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• OSHA safety training (Lockout/Tagout, confined space).
