💼 About This Role

You'll lead small to mid-sized customers through their onboarding journey on the Brex Empower platform, helping them adopt a modern, employee-first approach. You'll develop product knowledge and sharpen project management skills in a hybrid environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Organize and facilitate customer meetings, capturing notes and action items.
• Support customers in configuring Brex to meet their business needs.
• Manage stakeholder communication and track implementation timelines.
• Assist with spend migrations and end user adoption during deployment.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS or consulting role.
• Exposure to project coordination or structured implementation work.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Financial, Expense Management, or ERP software.
• Familiarity with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Corporate Card programs.
