🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute PLG strategies for activation, adoption, retention, upsell, and cross-sell
• Lead experimentation and data-driven initiatives to drive product and revenue growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, sales, marketing, and customer success
• Translate customer insights and product analytics into actionable roadmap decisions

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS with PLG or growth focus
• Strong track record of driving measurable improvements in adoption, conversion, or retention
• Deep understanding of product analytics and experimentation frameworks
• Strong commercial mindset connecting product decisions to revenue outcomes
