• Design end-to-end web experiences from concept to launch
• Conduct customer interviews and usability tests, using data to iterate
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Create simple, logical experiences for complex workflows

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years designing modern digital products with strong portfolio
• Proven track record designing 0-to-1 experiences from concept through launch
• Collaborates effectively with product and engineering in agile settings
• Makes data-driven decisions grounded in research, testing, and metrics

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tooling such as Figma Make, Lovable, and Cursor
• Experience in fintech or travel industry
