🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead elicitation and documentation of business and technical requirements
• Facilitate workshops with advisers and operational stakeholders
• Produce process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
• Analyse advice journeys to identify technology-led improvements

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst within financial services or fintech
• Demonstrable experience within agile cross-functional delivery teams
• Strong understanding of UK financial planning processes
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity

• Experience with wealth management platforms and advice technology
• SQL proficiency
• BCS, IIBA (CBAP), or equivalent BA certification
