You'll lead relationships with AlertMedia's highest-value strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. You'll drive retention, growth, and customer outcomes while partnering cross-functionally to deliver a seamless experience. This is a hybrid role in Austin, TX at a rapidly growing software company with an award-winning culture.

  • Own success, retention, and growth of strategic accounts
  • Build and maintain executive relationships as trusted advisor
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer satisfaction
  • Lead renewal strategy and drive expansion opportunities
  • Develop strategic success plans aligned to customer goals

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with enterprise/strategic accounts
  • 3+ years managing Customer Success Teams focusing on enterprise accounts
  • 3 years using Gainsight daily including data entry and dashboards
  • 3 years using Salesforce as primary system of record

  • Demonstrated success driving NRR/GRR ownership
  • Experience engaging VP and C-level stakeholders
  • Data-driven approach to managing customer health and metrics
