You'll lead relationships with AlertMedia's highest-value strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. You'll drive retention, growth, and customer outcomes while partnering cross-functionally to deliver a seamless experience. This is a hybrid role in Austin, TX at a rapidly growing software company with an award-winning culture.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own success, retention, and growth of strategic accounts
- Build and maintain executive relationships as trusted advisor
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer satisfaction
- Lead renewal strategy and drive expansion opportunities
- Develop strategic success plans aligned to customer goals
๐ Requirements
- 8+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with enterprise/strategic accounts
- 3+ years managing Customer Success Teams focusing on enterprise accounts
- 3 years using Gainsight daily including data entry and dashboards
- 3 years using Salesforce as primary system of record

- Demonstrated success driving NRR/GRR ownership
- Experience engaging VP and C-level stakeholders
- Data-driven approach to managing customer health and metrics
