You'll join Carvana's team to perform high-quality automotive painting, including base coats, tri-coats, and clear coats. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction by ensuring vehicles are in first-rate condition. This role offers 100% company-paid healthcare and tuition reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Paint base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless finish
• Paint correct vehicles to remove imperfections
• Maintain tools and equipment in work area

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work mandatory overtime as needed

• Experience with water-based paints
• ASE certification
• Experience in high-volume production environment
