You'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. You'll conduct daily rounding and prescribe treatment plans. This role offers flexible scheduling and autonomy with company-provided iPad and tooling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents
• Conduct daily rounding and prescribe medications/treatment plans
• Address acute and emergent issues in facility
• Communicate with facility nursing staff via phone or secure messaging

📋 Requirements

• Active U.S. license as NP or PA
• Board certification by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN (NP) or NCCPA (PA)
• Qualified specialty such as Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
