Description

You will manage end-to-end event projects for B2B clients using SpotMe and Onomi event platforms, delivering in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences. You'll build and configure event apps, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure flawless execution during live events.

Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end event project management for corporate B2B events
• Strong customer-centric mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to operate at a fast pace on multiple projects
• Proficiency in Japanese language
• Experience with event technology platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and launch web and mobile native event apps using SpotMe Backstage
• Manage clients and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications
• Coordinate vendors, internal departments, and customers for seamless event execution
• Oversee live event operations including badge printing, AV management, and audience engagement
• Handle post-event communications, data analysis, and reporting
