Description

You will lead the Accounts Payable department, overseeing the full invoice-to-payment cycle, managing a team of AP associates, and driving process improvements through automation. Your role ensures timely and accurate payments while maintaining compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5–8+ years of progressive AP experience with 2–3 years in a supervisory role
• Mastery of ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and AP automation tools
• Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive team

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of AP associates
• Oversee full invoice-to-payment cycle including invoice verification, PO matching, and electronic payment processing
• Develop and enforce AP policies and controls ensuring GAAP and tax compliance
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency
• Prepare and analyze AP aging schedules, cash flow projections, and monthly reconciliations
