🎯 What You'll Do

• Mentor and manage software developers and testers while contributing to hands-on delivery.
• Oversee software integration with hardware and firmware components for clinical imaging solutions.
• Drive process improvement for development and testing workflows, including test automation.
• Collaborate with Product Management and other teams to align delivery with priorities.

📋 Requirements

• 7-9 years of related experience
• 3+ years managing and developing technical teams
• 3+ years delivering multiple production software products
• 3+ years hands-on backend/frontend development with modern languages and frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• 2+ years delivering software in regulated environments (GxP, GCP)
• 2+ years exposure to security/privacy standards (HIPAA, GDPR)
• 2+ years implementing test automation within CI/CD pipelines
