💼 About This Role

You'll join a central tendering and studies team involved in complex construction projects in Belgium, contributing to the technical and financial preparation of bids for MEP installations. You'll ensure competitive, technically sound proposals are delivered from initial analysis to final submission. Opportunities to propose value engineering solutions set this role apart.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze technical specifications, plans, and contractual documents for MEP installations.
• Request, analyze, and compare supplier and subcontractor price quotes.
• Prepare cost estimates based on execution methods and internal databases.
• Coordinate MEP lots with other disciplines and external stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in electromechanics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as MEP Tender Engineer, preferably with HVAC specialization.
• Solid technical understanding of MEP installations and construction methods.
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
