💼 About This Role

You'll own client relationships and drive retention for Mistplay's loyalty app. Your core impact will be expanding upsell opportunities and increasing client LTV. This role bridges clients and internal teams to optimize outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage relationships and act as main point of contact for assigned clients
• Promote expansion and upsell opportunities to increase client value
• Drive retention and prevent client churn
• Identify opportunities and manage pipeline of upsells

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
• Experience with performance marketing
• Proven track record managing profitable client relationships
• Proficiency in Chinese (Native) and English (Professional Working Proficiency)
