Description

You will serve as a subject matter expert on health projects, collaborating with project teams to provide technical expertise in programming and planning. You'll translate planning concepts into comprehensible terms for clients and designers, and assist in developing architectural drawings and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience with at least 2 years as a subject matter expert on health projects
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements
• Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; client-facing ability

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project team to provide technical expertise in health project programming and planning
• Participate in user group meetings to collect and refine program needs and assess space utilization
• Communicate planning concepts to clients and team members via graphic and written reports
• Translate planning concepts into comprehensible terms for clients and designers
• Assist in developing architectural drawings and specifications for construction documentation
