🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, and community
• Maintain effective fiscal management of caseload via metrics
• Partner with clinical managers to supervise and support field staff

📋 Requirements

• Associate’s degree required
• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred (hard requirement implied by role)
• Strong computer skills including electronic medical record
• Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility
