You'll own a customer portfolio end-to-end at a fast-growing fintech scale-up, acting as the single point of contact and product manager. You'll work directly with engineers to ship solutions using AI tools like Claude, turning customer problems into product improvements. This role offers the chance to shape the product roadmap and build adoption playbooks that drive measurable impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage customer relationships end-to-end including support, adoption, renewal, and upsell
• Translate customer problems into product requirements and ship solutions with engineering
• Drive product feature adoption by building and executing segment-specific playbooks
• Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are wildly successful

📋 Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience starting or building something
• Bilingual fluent English plus at least one of Spanish, French, German, or Italian
• High intellectual horsepower from a top-tier university or equivalent proof of fast learning
• Thrived in high-performance environments like consulting, banking, or startups
