You'll ensure the reliability of flight and ground components for SpaceX's Falcon 9, Dragon, and Starship programs. You'll use data to drive improvements from design to operation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role offers hands-on work on launch pads and recovery decks, directly contributing to the mission of making humanity interplanetary.

  • Ensure systems and processes for launch operations are efficiently designed and maintained
  • Identify high-risk processes and implement improvements for operational excellence
  • Lead root cause and corrective action investigations for critical issues
  • Participate in design reviews to ensure design for quality and manufacturability

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics
  • 5+ years in quality, manufacturing, or design engineering
  • Experience with complex electro-mechanical or mechanical systems in production

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and root cause analysis tools
  • Experience owning and leading engineering projects end-to-end
