You'll define the vision for customer experience, balancing bold experimentation with iterative testing to build habit-forming products. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and deliver the engagement vision across web and mobile
• Champion user journey, crafting experiences that build trust and lifetime value
• Drive experimentation at scale using rapid iteration and clear metrics
• Collaborate across product lines to create a cohesive multi-product experience

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in consumer engagement/growth
• Deep fluency in product discovery and hypothesis-driven development including A/B testing
• Exceptional collaboration skills to align diverse stakeholders around shared strategy
• Proven ability to distill customer insights into high-utility product experiences
