You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to step up as a leader in a fun, fan-centric environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Open and close the store, providing leadership coverage
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
