Description

You will define and drive the product strategy for Natera's Results, Interpretation, and Reporting platform, ensuring scalable, compliant clinical software systems that support complex genomics workflows across multiple business units. You'll collaborate with engineering, clinical, and quality teams to shape long-term architecture, resolve cross-team tradeoffs, and deliver measurable improvements in workflow efficiency and operational scalability.

Requirements

• Experience as a Lead or Senior Product Manager in regulated health tech or genomics
• Proven track record of driving multi-year platform strategy and cross-functional alignment
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows, regulatory compliance, and software scalability
• Strong analytical skills with ability to define and track quantitative metrics
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product strategy and roadmap for RIR components aligned with clinical quality and regulatory requirements
• Partner with engineering leadership to influence platform-level technical direction
• Translate business and clinical needs into actionable product requirements
• Drive cross-team alignment on shared data contracts and workflow standards
