Your core impact is turning existing demand and pipeline into closed-won revenue by partnering with sales on target account programs and AI-powered outreach workflows. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and run pipeline acceleration programs for early-stage conversion
- Design stage-specific nurture sequences tailored by persona and vertical
- Re-engage stalled and dark opportunities with targeted campaigns
- Coordinate pre- and post-event field marketing programs
๐ Requirements
- 4-7 years in growth, lifecycle, demand, or revenue marketing at a B2B SaaS company
- Experience building and owning lifecycle, nurture, and ABM programs
- Hands-on with tools for building sequences, pulling lists, segmenting accounts
- Proven use of AI tools for research, enrichment, content, and prioritization
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Clay, Unify, Salesforce, HubSpot, and outbound platforms
- Track record running pre- and post-event field marketing programs
- Comfort with SQL, AI tooling, or self-serve BI
