You'll build and scale Showpad's first formal Value Engineering function, proving tangible ROI for 1,400+ global customers. You'll distill complex data into compelling financial narratives that demonstrate how Showpad drives revenue, saves time, and develops talent. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a new function from the ground up with executive-level visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Master and apply the Showpad Value Realization Methodology
• Architect ROI narratives from platform data and customer metrics
• Manage the Value Assessment request funnel and produce assessments
• Support customer journey with ongoing Value Realization assessments

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Value Engineering or GTM Strategy
• Data expertise with large datasets and business insights
• Proficiency with AWS QuickSight, Snowflake, and advanced Excel
• Familiarity with Enablement landscape or Sales Tech/LMS
