💼 About This Role

You'll lead data warehouse projects for a life sciences consulting firm, ensuring methodological soundness and timely delivery. You'll collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to leverage data assets for informed decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee and develop Data Warehouse projects across all phases.
• Assist in designing data models that support analytical objectives.
• Partner with project lead in delivering projects and risk mitigation.
• Lead task planning and distribution, ensuring timely high-quality completion.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Strong understanding of core MDM concepts: data stewardship, data governance, data quality management.
• Proven experience in Customer Mastering (HCP/HCO) and address mastering using third-party tools.
• Proficient in data profiling, applying data quality rules, data standardization, and reference data management.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with key pharma data sources such as IQVIA, MedPro, Symphony.
• Hands-on experience with leading MDM platforms such as Reltio, Informatica MDM.
