- Create training materials and knowledge content for CS team.
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of CS counseling experience at appliance/laptop manufacturer or retailer
- Strong understanding of electronic products and ability to learn new products quickly
- Proficiency in Excel and Word for reporting
✨ Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Zendesk system (Trigger, Workato)
- Business-level English conversation skills
