📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of CS counseling experience at appliance/laptop manufacturer or retailer
  • Strong understanding of electronic products and ability to learn new products quickly
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word for reporting

✨ Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in Zendesk system (Trigger, Workato)
  • Business-level English conversation skills
