You'll build the AI growth platform for real estate at a fast-growing Series C company backed by top investors. You'll own multi-agent AI systems that serve over 87,000 real estate professionals. This role offers high ownership and impact in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build agentic AI systems for production
• Integrate LLMs with orchestration frameworks and tool use
• Own end-to-end delivery of AI features from concept to deployment
• Collaborate with product and design on technical tradeoffs

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Production experience building multi-agent or agentic AI systems
• Deep familiarity with LLM integration patterns (prompt engineering, RAG, tool use)
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals: TypeScript/Node.js, event-driven architectures

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with MCP servers or spec-driven development
• Startup or high-growth company experience
• Familiarity with LangGraph or agent orchestration frameworks
