Description

You'll lead analytics and strategic storytelling for the Office of the CEO, drive AI transformation initiatives, and manage CEO-sponsored cross-functional projects. This high-impact role involves defining how Narvar measures success, communicating value to the Board and investors, and embedding AI into core operations.

Requirements

• 6-10 years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Strategy/BizOps at high-growth tech company
• Startup and transformation experience in SaaS/B2B space
• Data-driven with ability to define KPIs, design frameworks, and build models
• Strong narrative and executive writing skills for Boardroom storytelling
• Self-motivated builder mindset with ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives

Responsibilities

• Evolve value framework and metrics for AI-first product valuation
• Partner with Chief of Staff to communicate data insights to Board and Executive team
• Design and maintain a suite of dashboards and KPIs for real-time business health visibility
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to prioritize internal AI use cases and tool deployments
• Lead change management to integrate AI initiatives into core operations
