🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver teletherapy sessions to adult healthcare workers via video platform
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans
• Use evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Incorporate measurement-based tools to monitor progress

📋 Requirements

• Independent licensure in Washington, DC as LMFT, LICSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults
• Experience with healthcare professionals or first responders
• Availability for at least 10-15 hours per week
