💼 About This Role

You'll manage HR and recruiting operations for a fast-growing AI company, handling recruitment, onboarding, and employee support. Your work ensures a compliant, organized, people-first environment. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person in our Lisbon office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
• Clarify HR policies and respond to employee inquiries.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment tasks including sourcing and scheduling.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires.

📋 Requirements

• 2 years of recruiting experience in a consultancy or fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience supporting HR operations like payroll and benefits.
