You'll manage the lifecycle of television programming across multiple markets, ensuring operational success by handling complex program schedules and contracts. You'll act as a primary liaison between syndicators, Program Managers, and local station departments, coordinating data across broadcasting platforms. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and maintain network and syndication schedules in program management systems.
• Maintain syndication information in internal programming databases.
• Act as primary contact for syndicator portals, distributing critical metadata.
• Assist Program Managers with schedule distribution to external services and stations.

📋 Requirements

• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with program management systems and listings guides for linear/streaming.
• Meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry across multiple systems.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate between group-level and local departments.
