💼 About This Role

You'll join the team at Regal (AI Agent Platform) to analyze Voice AI interactions and shape how data drives decisions. Your work will directly improve AI agent performance and customer experiences. You'll also uncover opportunities to enhance workflows for human agents.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep dive analysis and develop reports and dashboards
• Partner with engineers to inform AI agent building and evaluation
• Define key metrics and how they are presented in the app
• Use AI coding agents to accelerate analysis and data discovery

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst or management consultant
• Fluent in SQL and using dbt
• Experience with a modern warehouse; ClickHouse or Snowflake preferred
• Comfortable with Looker or comparable dashboarding tool
