As a Senior QA Engineer on our Sydney-based team, you'll shape quality strategy for an exciting new title. You'll embed with cross-disciplinary teams to champion quality from planning to player delivery, ensuring reliable and delightful experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software or game QA roles
• Demonstrated experience in test planning, execution, and reporting
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, and production
• Ability to discuss technical implementation details with engineers
• Experience coordinating with distributed testing resources

Responsibilities

• Contribute to quality-first mindset and advocate for scalable testing
• Design and execute test plans, charters, and test cases across game features and backend systems
• Define quality metrics and use data for risk management and release readiness
• Identify opportunities to improve pipelines, workflows, and test coverage
• Coordinate testing with offsite or vendor QA teams
