• Create and maintain technical training programs for onboarding and upskilling
• Collaborate with operational managers and quality teams to align training needs
• Support the mentor program for new and upskilled technicians
• Ensure ongoing support for weekend shifts for all site staff

📋 Requirements

• Exceptional project management skills
• Knowledge of adult learning theory
• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple information
• Agility to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
