Description

You will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build relationships with referral sources, and deepen community partnerships in the mental health treatment space. You'll work closely with internal teams and travel locally to meet with patients, parents, and providers.

Requirements

• Based in The Woodlands, TX
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience, overachieving KPIs a plus
• Experience with healthcare organizations a plus
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Build and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Conduct field meetings with patients, parents, and providers 4-5 days/week
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
