💼 About This Role

You'll assist the site leader in executing store operations during scheduled shifts, deploying baristas to create the Starbucks Experience for customers. This role ensures order accuracy and efficient delivery for Gopuff's customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deploy baristas and delegate tasks during shifts
• Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods
• Assist with new employee training and coaching
• Execute opening and closing duties as assigned

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or restaurant
• Ability to work fluid schedules including early mornings and weekends
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Learn and adapt to current technology needs

✨ Nice to Have

• ServeSafe Certification highly preferred
• Starbucks or other fast-paced cafe experience preferred
• 1+ year of leadership in a cafe preferred
