You'll own sourcing and pipeline development for tech and go-to-market roles, using AI-powered tools like Juicebox to engage passive talent. You'll coach hiring managers to build their own pipelines, advancing a recruiting-as-a-product approach. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Source passive talent via Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referral campaigns
  • Manage and optimize pipelines across multiple roles using data to diagnose bottlenecks
  • Conduct first-round screens and manage candidate experience throughout the process
  • Coach hiring managers to be more effective recruiting partners and candidate advocates

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • At least one year of full-cycle or sourcing recruiting experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred but not required)
  • Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines beyond inbound applicants
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers

  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools like Juicebox, BrightHire, or Claude
  • Experience recruiting for both technical and go-to-market roles
  • Prior exposure to a recruiting-as-a-product or hiring-manager-forward model
