You'll own sourcing and pipeline development for tech and go-to-market roles, using AI-powered tools like Juicebox to engage passive talent. You'll coach hiring managers to build their own pipelines, advancing a recruiting-as-a-product approach. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Source passive talent via Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referral campaigns
- Manage and optimize pipelines across multiple roles using data to diagnose bottlenecks
- Conduct first-round screens and manage candidate experience throughout the process
- Coach hiring managers to be more effective recruiting partners and candidate advocates
๐ Requirements
- At least one year of full-cycle or sourcing recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines beyond inbound applicants
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers
