You'll support Senior Loan Processors in gathering and organizing documentation for mortgage loan files. Your impact comes through timely follow-ups and ensuring accuracy for loan approvals. You'll also progress through phase training to advance to Loan Processor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist Senior Loan Processors in gathering loan file information
• Make timely follow-up calls to compile accurate data
• Order services like appraisals as directed by Sr. Processor
• Work with vendors, title companies, and banks for documentation

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in administrative or customer service role
• Computer literate with email, typing, multiple monitors
• Experience in high-pressure, fast-paced work environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Ability to interpret and make conclusions from information
