You'll execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns for the world's largest AI companionship platform, helping scale from 50M to 100M users. Your work directly impacts budget growth and cost targets. This role offers hands-on learning from a CMO and senior leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist in daily management of paid acquisition channels like Meta and TikTok
• Monitor campaign performance using Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards
• Support creative testing by organizing assets and setting up audience tests
• Prepare performance data and maintain reporting dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Familiarity with major ad platforms like Meta or TikTok
• Ability to quickly learn new software and dashboards
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data/Excel

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of online marketing metrics like CPA, CTR, ROAS
• Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4 or Voluum
• Experience in sensitive verticals like dating or telehealth
