💼 About This Role

You'll manage the daily health of Take-Two's global JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 environment as the primary contact for system integrity. You'll independently solve complex operational issues while coordinating with international ERP teams to ensure reliable performance. This role offers the chance to work on upcoming system upgrades and implementations at a leading interactive entertainment company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage JDE profile maintenance, security setup, and terminations for global users
• Monitor and manage JDE batch job scheduling, health checks, and system administration
• Track incidents in ServiceNow and perform root cause analysis on recurring issues
• Oversee interfaces and integrity reports, supporting financial close processes

📋 Requirements

• JD Edwards EnterpriseOne operations experience (5-7 years)
• Knowledge of JDE Procurement and Financial workflows
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and ServiceNow for incident management
• Bachelor's degree required
