Description

You will own the full sales cycle in the San Diego territory, from prospecting to closing. Your goal is to build relationships with the small business community and become a trusted advisor to customers. Success means meeting or exceeding quotas while embodying values like good judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage own book of business, build and manage end-to-end sales pipeline from prospect to close
  • Establish presence in San Diego territory; develop marketing and networking plan
  • Prospect for new business via market research, sales tools, and cold calling
  • Communicate Justworks value proposition to potential customers
  • Be voice of future customers; suggest ideas to improve customer experience and product
