• Lead technical response for grounded aircraft, droids, and docks
• Perform systematic troubleshooting using approved procedures and diagnostic tools
• Coordinate cross-team escalation and create work orders
• Analyze logs to identify patterns and generate improvement reports

📋 Requirements

• Mechanical, electrical, software, mechatronics, aerospace, or systems engineering background
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with systematic troubleshooting experience
• Operations or maintenance experience with complex systems in high-stakes environments
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to lead technical response under pressure
