• Present resolutions for complaints on order execution, funding, and statements
• Compose clear summaries for internal escalation
• Provide research for Legal and Compliance on regulatory claims

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years in financial services
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
