You'll own full-cycle recruiting for critical technical hires at Valon, building the AI-native OS for regulated finance. You'll bring market intelligence to partner with hiring managers and use AI tools to automate and improve every step. This role is for someone who treats recruiting as a system to be built and relentlessly improved.

  • Own end-to-end pipelines for engineering, product, and data roles
  • Bring market intelligence to intake meetings and push back when needed
  • Craft compelling narratives to attract world-class technical talent
  • Design precise, human, high-trust candidate experiences

  • Proven track record closing technical roles in high-growth or complex environments
  • A portfolio of AI experimentation with concrete tools and workflows
  • High agency: take ownership and drive outcomes without being asked
  • Ability to translate complex or regulated businesses into attractive narratives
