💼 About This Role

You'll join a multi-disciplinary hospice team providing home health aide and palliative care to clients in Cumberland and Dauphin counties. Your care enables patients to remain at home with dignity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor vital signs and assist with medication
• Help with transfers and mobility exercises

📋 Requirements

• One year of work experience as a CNA
• Active and in good standing on the PA Aide Registry
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation
