Description

You will deliver high-quality virtual therapy to college students using evidence-based interventions, collaborating with campus partners and the Mantra team to support student mental health and retention. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and the chance to make a meaningful impact on student well-being.

Requirements

• Active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in any state
• Bilingual English/Mandarin fluency
• Ability to conduct thorough biopsychosocial intakes with diagnostic assessments
• Skillful in conceptualizing and creating treatment plans
• Equipped with laptop/desktop with video camera and stable internet

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions (MI, CBT, ACT, DBT)
• Maintain timely and precise clinical records
• Collaborate with campus treatment providers, supervisors, and peers
• Partner with administrative support team to enhance student care
• Collaborate with leadership during critical patient scenarios
