💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting to children with autism. You'll follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs and record progress in a data collection system. MeBe offers paid training to help you become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Record kiddo's progress in data collection system Central Reach
• Assist with BCBA assessments and relay progress information

📋 Requirements

• Consistent availability from Monday through Friday
• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), squat, sit, stand, or run
• Must pass a background check and have high school diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• RBT/CBT certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPR/BLS certification if in San Diego, AZ, or VA
