You'll supervise field construction for a community-focused real estate and infrastructure firm, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. You'll review project plans, coordinate subcontractors, and enforce safety regulations while working on diverse transportation and infrastructure projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review project details to schedule deliverables and generate cost estimates
• Evaluate specifications for plan procedures, start and completion dates, and staffing
• Assist in developing and updating project schedules
• Coordinate, direct, and monitor activities of subcontractors and suppliers

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in real estate construction
• Experience with transportation projects in public and private sector
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Proficiency with MS Project
