Description
You will own the lifecycle of strategic 3PL partnerships, managing contracts, revenue, and relationships while providing strategic direction to operational teams. You'll act as the subject matter expert on your clients' operations, define directives to meet client goals, and ensure efficient, compliant, and profitable execution.
Requirements
- Commercially astute and operationally grounded.
- Experience in account management and contract/P&L management.
- Ability to lead scoping and quoting processes.
- Strong project management skills for managing a pipeline of active projects.
- Understanding of cold chain compliance and food safety requirements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary owner of client relationship, ultimate escalation point and strategic partner.
- Own commercial health of account, including contract compliance, payment terms, and VAS charges.
- Lead scoping and quoting for new projects, ad-hoc requests, and seasonal surges.
- Identify upsell opportunities and support onboarding of new clients.
- Prepare and present Weekly Business Reviews analyzing KPIs like fill rates and inventory accuracy.
