💼 About This Role

You'll manage a broad patient panel and conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in a human-centered primary care setting. You'll join a mission-driven team transforming healthcare with 24/7 virtual care and on-site labs. This role is part of Amazon's One Medical, offering a supportive environment and annual CME stipend.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a diverse patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits
• Supervise NP or PA colleagues
• Perform in-office procedures as trained

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year
• State licensed in Washington before start date

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous supervisory experience with NPs or PAs
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses for virtual care
• Experience with telehealth platforms
