Description

You will lead the development of critical features and components, mentor engineering teams, and shape the technical direction of CMT's AI-driven telematics platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable architectures and ensure platform reliability while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in technical field
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience
• Deep expertise in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript) and modern frameworks (React, Django)
• Proficiency in backend language (Python, Java)
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS) including EC2, S3, Lambda, SNS, SQS, RDS (Postgres), NoSQL

Responsibilities

• Lead development of critical features and components

• Design and implement robust, scalable, maintainable architectures
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies for system performance improvement
