🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate complex statistical results into clear narratives for executives.
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify revenue levers and operationalize insights.
• Develop revenue forecasting and performance dashboards for commercial decisions.
• Apply advanced causal inference methods (e.g., DiD, synthetic control).

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience with an advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• Strong analytical intuition and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical work for stakeholders.
• Deep causal inference and forecasting experience with real business applications.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms.
• Familiarity with Hex or notebook-based analytics tools.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or B2B business models.
